Would anyone be interested in doing a CrossFit workout before or after (or in the middle of) the Saturday morning workouts. Not sure what our schedule/time table is with the church, but I'd be happy to lead some workouts just before or after the spin sessions.
Obviously since it would be in the same place, we wouldn't be doing any heavy lifting, but there's still a whole lot of things that can be done. I would specifically mention core and flexibility, but I know cyclists don't really struggle with those.
Of course none of this can happen until I get Eric Bergstrom's training schedule done, so I should probably work on that.
