Spin with us

The 2011 season officially starts on January 8 at 8:30. Show up at Wooddale with your bike, your trainer, riding clothes and a great attitude. Thanks to JB, we have arranged to have spin sessions every Saturday through the winter in the warmth and comfort of the great indoors. This is a great way to stay motivated, meet friends and catch up after a few months away from the club. Look for more information about this on the website.

Spring Training Camp

Last year at our inaugural Spring Training Camp we had so much fun we decided to do it again. This year it will be the weekend of March 24 - 27. As with last year, we will have some people going down on Thursday with others heading out after work on Friday. Our base camp was in Prairie du Chien, WI because it is only a few short hours from the Twin Cities and has very little traffic and some monster bluffs to ride up and down. This year we are hoping to add a more recreational ride option for those who aren't racers. Find more information on the website or contact JB.

As we are preparing to start our FIFTH season riding as a club, we are looking for feedback from YOU. We hunger to know how we have been serving you, what we have done right, where we need to improve and if/how we have blessed your life. Whether you are a paying member, a regular attender or a casual observer, we are looking for any way that we have impacted your life, changed your spiritual walk, altered your idea of what it is to be a Christian or influenced the cycling community. TNT is coming

We are busy preparing for our second year running the Tuesday Night Timetrials [TNT] in Medina. This year we need to develop our own web presence and are looking for anything that might be useful to add some flavor to the content -- e.i. pictures or stories. If you have something please send it to me asap since we want to get this up and running soon.

Dreams, Visions and Goals

As we start a new year thoughts naturally turn to resolutions and goals for 2011. And, we are interested in what drives you -- what are your dreams, visions and goals for you and for the club. Please reply and let us know. [They don't even have to have anything to do with biking.] I have started a Forum thread here to share and discuss ideas.
